The ATS8001 is a battery diagnosis IC (BDIC) that measures battery impedance based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology. It provides the ability to accurately measure and report the impedance of up to 14 individual battery cells in series. The ATS8001 is specialized in measuring the impedance of battery cells from tens to hundreds of Ah capacity and is suitable for integrated and conventional high-voltage EV/ESS BMS systems.
