It is a high-precision battery impedance meter(AC Impedance analyzer) based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) applicable to battery cells, modules, and packs. This EIS Instrument(EIS Tester) provides accurate AC impedance measurement in a compact EIS meter form factor so can be deployed in high-capacity battery applications.
Compared with conventional AC-IR methods, this approach allows more precise evaluation of internal battery conditions, making it possible to perform superior battery state and performance diagnosis as well as defective cell detection.
It is suitable for battery inspection solution and battery diagnosis solution in both development and production environments. Low excitation current (100~200 mAp) minimizes disturbance to the internal battery state, significantly improving test repeatability and enabling accurate representation of real battery behavior.
Through battery EIS measurements, the EIS analyzer supports impedance data interpretation using nyquist plot analysis and enables diffusion-related evaluation within the warburg region, allowing detailed assessment of ionic diffusion characteristics. The resulting EIS data can be applied to the estimation of key battery health and performance indicators such as SoT, SoC, SoS, SoX, and RuL.
It supports AC impedance measurement, DC voltage measurement, and temperature monitoring at the battery cell, module, and pack levels, making it a practical and scalable EIS instrument for research and development, mass-production inspection processes, and large-scale ESS applications.
