Circuit Design (Design)

- Analog/Digital Circuit Design

Develop ICs that play a core role in battery management/diagnosis/prediction systems based on an understanding of battery operation environments. Reflecting automotive semiconductor quality standards and functional safety requirements on the IC design stage.
The ability to analyze and solve various problems that arise in the IC design and verification process, and the comprehensive use/operation skills of design and analysis tools are required.

- Full Custom Layout and ESD/Latch-up

For full custom layout, layout skills and verification skills are required to reflect the process structure and design requirements. In addition, through a deep understanding of processes and components, develop high-voltage, area-efficient ESD/Latch-up solutions that meet automotive semiconductor ESD/Latch-up specifications.

Job Descriptions

Test and Application

- Manual/Final Test

There are manual tests that evaluate and analyze the overall functionality and performance of the IC, and final tests that perform outgoing inspections of the product. Manual testing requires the ability to develop and evaluate test environments based on an understanding of the electrical specifications of the IC, while final testing requires the ability to manage quality from a mass production perspective using ATE and analyze large amounts of data.

- Application

Develop hardware and software for evaluating and verifying various ICs, and verify IC characteristics in a higher-level system environment. Provide customers with basic evaluation environments and solutions for IC evaluation, and propose and provide new solutions that are effective in higher-level systems to customers.
